Image size: 314mm (W) x 141mm (H)
Contrast: Ensure your photo/image has a good combination of light and dark colours.
Clarity: Images should be as clear and crisp as possible to give a better end result.
Should your image not match the requirements, we will edit it in order to match the measurements, this may be enlarging, cutting and moving the image around to meet the requirements. Once your lamp is created, your image will be deleted.
Material
This lamp is 3D printed using white PLA plastic. The base is printed also with a wood infused PLA.
If you wish to purchase more than one in a single session please email your images and accompanying words to info@afras.co.uk with your name and order number stated in the email.
Dispatch
Once we have all the required details, we aim to dispatch your order between 2-5 working days depending on the quantity ordered. Please ensure you provide the details to prevent any delays.
Delivery
All items will be posted by Royal Mail 2nd Class (for free) unless otherwise stated.
Refunds
Due to the nature of personalised goods, we cannot provide refunds because of a change of mind. However in the event that items were damaged during transport or that items were not received please contact us so we can resolve the matter before leaving any feedback.

Care information:
If you wish to use candles, please only use candle tea lights for this lamp.
If you are using candles or any high heat sources instead of the LED light (i.e generated by fire), DO NOT cover the lamp shade, as this will melt the lamp shade and cause possible fires.
If candles are used instead of the LED light, make sure the lamp is out of reach from children and pets and is placed securely on a stable surface.
If candles are used instead of the LED light, DO NOT place the lamp near flammable or fabric sources, as it may catch on fire.
If candles are used, DO NOT place the lamp where it may be windy, as there is a chance where the lamp could be knocked over and cause possible fires.
Avoid placing the lamp close to really high heat or in direct sunlight as this may deform the lamp shade. The heat from candles is okay as long as the lamp shade is not covered in any way.
If candles are used instead of the LED light, avoid blowing on the candle to extinguish the candle light, use a candle snuffer.
Only use candles when someone is present in the room.
If you are using the LED light for the lamp, please ensure you have read the information booklet provided with it before it is assembled for use.
To wash the lamp, please unscrew the lamp shade and base and use cold water to wash or wipe away any dirt.

The lamp is beautifully made by creating a digital image from a photo that is then 3d printed into a lamp. The effect is stunning. My Wife loved this lamp which is the image of our dog Wilson. The light inside is an Ikea LED lamp which gives a very nice mood light. The base of the lamp is made to look like wood and is engraved with the chosen words in a script font. This is a fantastic personalised gift that I highly recommend. We have not seen anything like this product before – pretty special.
