Materials
This plaque is made from beech wood and will be coated with a clear matt varnish after the photo engrave is completed.
Each beech wood will have different grain patterns, depending on the pattern will give varying results.
Each plaque comes with a wooden stand to showcase the photo engrave.
Photos
Please ensure the photo is of a high resolution quality to achieve the best results for the engrave. Depending on the dimension of the photo provided, it may be altered in size or cropped to fit into the plaque.

Dispatch
Once we have all the required details, we aim to dispatch your order between 2-5 working days.
Delivery
All items will be posted by Royal Mail 2nd Class (for free) unless otherwise stated.
Refunds
Due to the nature of personalised goods, we cannot provide refunds because of a change of mind. However in the event that items were damaged during transport or that items were not received please contact us so we can resolve the matter before leaving any feedback.
